Cancellation Policy
GRACE PERIOD:
I offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, depending on availability.
CANCELLATIONS:
I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. I charge a 50% cancellation fee.
NO-SHOW/NO-CALL:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying me in advance a fee of 100% Will be charged.
This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer fair treatment to all clients.
